Due to the custom nature of all orders, each project requires unique setup and production processes; therefore, all sales are final. If, upon review, we verify that an error was made on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
For rush, urgent, or priority orders requested by the customer, refund or credit eligibility does not apply. To meet expedited deadlines, production is carried out at an accelerated pace, and as such, all rush-order charges, including expedited printing and shipping fees — are strictly non-refundable, regardless of any return or claim.
Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 business days of receiving their order. To qualify for a reprint/refund, at least 99% of the affected goods must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Please note that no reprint or refunds will be provided if products are not returned.
If a customer orders a hard copy sample with their order, a minimal amount is charged for the sample with the full deposit of the order amount. The tooling and cutter costs are adjusted in the bulk run of the full complete order. If a customer requires a refund after the sample is not approved, a refund is only possible if the sample does not meet the artwork approved and there are issues with the quality of the boxes (with proof supplied). If a customer dislikes a sample without any reason, the full tooling cost of $200 or more will be charged upon the company's discretion.
Customers are requested to check for any defects in the delivered product(s) thoroughly and notify us via our website immediately upon discovering them within a maximum period of 2 business days. Within two business days of the delivery date should any damage occur on received goods delivered by The Cone Sleeve, it is incumbent upon customers to file a claim for replacements. Customers should return a minimum of 99% of delivered products within ten days after receiving their order by paying for return themselves. No returns will be accepted until a prior written notice by The Cone Sleeve. If you choose to expedite your print job or shipping you will not be refunded these additional fees if you need to cancel your order under any circumstances.
The Cone Sleeve will always act to ensure that the customers' deadline is met. Under no circumstances shall The Cone Sleeve be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products. Please note that large orders may be broken into multiple shipments and delivery spread over time to maintain product quality and facilitate timely delivery.
Customers agree not to hold The Cone Sleeve liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond The Cone Sleeve's control. Production, shipment, and delivery dates are calculated based on estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history and hence are not guaranteed.
The Cone Sleeve will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.

Orders are shipped using the best postal services and the delivery time for most orders is 5 working days after production.
Please note that production time for Standard Service is not guaranteed and is calculated based on an estimate and may vary depending on the nature of each order.
If you have any specific delivery date requirements, please communicate any such requirements to The Cone Sleeve in writing before placing an order. The Cone Sleeve is not responsible for missing any delivery deadlines that have not been communicated in writing to The Cone Sleeve before an order is placed. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that all required delivery deadlines are included in the job specification sheets that are sent to customers for approval before the commencement of the production process.
NOTE: Orders may be manufactured in our overseas production facilities depending on the nature of the order.
