You may return an item within 100 days of receiving it. After 100 days, we cannot accept any return or exchange request.
We currently accept returns by mail only. In-store or drop-off returns are not available.

We do not charge a restocking fee. If your return is approved, your full product amount will be refunded.
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
